About Us: With over 30 years of experience in Singapore's interior renovation business, we transform spaces into functional and beautiful environments. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are now looking for a new member to join our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in managing commercial interior fit-out projects (office, retail, F&B, etc.).
  • Coordinate site works with contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
  • Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
  • Attend site meetings and prepare simple progress updates.
  • Assist in checking drawings, measurements, and variation works.
  • Support preparation and submission of permits and authority approvals (e.g. BCA, SCDF, PUB, landlord submissions).
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover works.
  • Assist in defect rectification and project close-out.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out or renovation preferred.
  • Able to read basic construction drawings.
  • Familiar with local authority requirements is an advantage.
  • Willing to be site-based and hands-on.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.

Skills

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
  • Organised, responsible, and able to work under pressure
