Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Support project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and elevate issues to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for management review.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Help ensure projects comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders for information sharing and follow‑ups.
