Project Executive

Overview

Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Architectural, Town Planning, Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or equivalent. Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia & English; other dialects will be an added advantage. Candidates must be willing to travel. Candidates must be willing to work in Seremban in future. At least 2 years of experience in related field. Computer literate in MS Office; Autocad will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors & authorities.
• Provide support to project team.
• Assist in obtaining CCC approval within targeted schedule.
• Check and analyse consultant’s design, drawings & cost estimate.
• Prepare reports / documents i.e. daily, progress, non-conformance, office meeting minutes, etc.
• Attend/ conduct meeting when required.
• Perform other relevant duties as and when directed by management from time to time.
