Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Support on project proposal, schedule, costing, presentations, project documents and reports.
• Liaise with internal teams, sub-contractors, vendors and venues for project preparation.
• Follow up projects, attend meetings and manage daily operations & logistics.
• Provide on-site support during events and exhibitions days if needed.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma education in related fields.
• years of solid experience in event/project management.
• Good coordination, presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Singaporean/PR preferred.
• Remote working.
