Project Executive/ Site Engineer

Interpret and review technical drawings, specifications and related construction documents accurately

Ensure compliance with Building and Construction Authority requirements, relevant codes and industry best practices

Monitor and ensure all construction works meet required quality standards and project specifications

Verify that construction details align with approved drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings and ensure construction works are excuted in accordance with approved drawings

Track, review and document all variation and additional works to ensure costs remain within the approved budget

Assist superiors in implementing and maintaining processes in accordance with company Policies and Procedures (P&P)

Ensure site safety standards are upheld and respond appropriately to safety and environmental incidents or emergencies on site
