Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Report directly to Design & Project Director
  • Assist Director/Project Manager in managing Projects and store set‑ups.
  • Assist Director/Project Manager in upkeeping concepts.
  • Coordinating between outlets/service providers for incoming tenants set‑up.
  • Liaising with landlord for stall set‑up/ R&M matter.
  • Coordinating with Service providers to obtain maintenance and service reports to Landlord as and when required.
  • Coordinating between outlets/service team in R&M matter.
  • Assist in supervision of our sub-contractors.
  • Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Professional certificate/NITEC in interior design/Engineering (Mechanical)/Engineering/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin is a bonus.
