Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to Design & Project Director
- Assist Director/Project Manager in managing Projects and store set‑ups.
- Assist Director/Project Manager in upkeeping concepts.
- Coordinating between outlets/service providers for incoming tenants set‑up.
- Liaising with landlord for stall set‑up/ R&M matter.
- Coordinating with Service providers to obtain maintenance and service reports to Landlord as and when required.
- Coordinating between outlets/service team in R&M matter.
- Assist in supervision of our sub-contractors.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Professional certificate/NITEC in interior design/Engineering (Mechanical)/Engineering/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- Able to converse in Mandarin is a bonus.
