Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned projects from award through fabrication, installation, and handover
  • Coordinate workflow across Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, and external subcontractors
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control
  • Develop and manage production and installation schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Use project management tools to communicate progress and coordinate team actions
  • Conduct project meetings for coordination, progress updates, and issue resolution
  • Manage change requests and communicate their impact on timeline and budget
  • Oversee on-site setup and installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion
  • Prepare Permit to Work applications and supporting WSH documentation when required
  • Support sourcing of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
