Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects from award through fabrication, installation, and handover
- Coordinate workflow across Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, and external subcontractors
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control
- Develop and manage production and installation schedules to meet project deadlines
- Use project management tools to communicate progress and coordinate team actions
- Conduct project meetings for coordination, progress updates, and issue resolution
- Manage change requests and communicate their impact on timeline and budget
- Oversee on-site setup and installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion
- Prepare Permit to Work applications and supporting WSH documentation when required
- Support sourcing of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
