Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Factory equipment operation management and maintenance

  • Project execution

  • Plan and establish facility systems, including supervision of related engineering, commissioning, adjustment, and acceptance.

  • Plan the facility requirements proposed by user departments, draft construction specifications and quotations, and supervise, commission, and accept the projects.

  • Record and analyze facility system operation data and provide improvement suggestions.

  • Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and annual overhauls of utility systems.
