Project Coordination & Administration

  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, progress updates, and basic reports for management review
  • Attend project meetings, site meetings, and progress meetings when required
  • Assist in site supervision and carry out onsite duties as instructed by superior
  • Support project documentation including progress claims, variation records, approvals, and compliance documents
  • Assist in monitoring actual cost versus budget for progress claims from suppliers and vendors
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external parties to support smooth project operations
