Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support our real estate development projects through financial modeling and analysis. This role involves preparing and managing financial simulations to guide investment decisions, assess project feasibility, and support strategic planning. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, understands real estate development, and can turn market and technical data into actionable financial insights.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
-With 2 years of experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or project feasibility—preferably in real estate, property consulting, private equity, or banking.
