Role & responsibilities
- Being updated and abreast with developments in the related sector.
- Collect and analyze basic data of the project and all project related information.
- Collect and analyze group data and other projects in the group, debt etc
- Micro market study to understand the location and other projects in the area viz-a-viz the latest trends in the sale rate in the area, present and future demand, positives and negatives in the area. Comparison with similar projects in the area.
- Prepare indicative Term Sheet for customers' acceptance.
- Ensuring pre-disbursement documents from the customer.
- Ongoing collection of post disbursement documents and data as per approved timelines along with monitoring of escrow account transactions.
- Conducting Annual review and Renewals of accounts
- Ensure preparation and timely submission of Credit Approval Memos (CAM) to the TL/SH/NH for review.
