Project Finance Manager

Our client is a North American focused renewable energy developer, owner, and operator focused on community solar and battery storage projects across multiple states.

Overview:

The Project Finance Manager will play a critical role in financing the development, construction, and long-term ownership of a portfolio of community solar projects. This individual will lead project-level financings, manage lender and tax equity relationships, and work cross-functionally with development, legal, engineering, and asset management teams to bring projects from late-stage development through commercial operation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the structuring and execution of project-level financings, including construction loans, term debt, tax equity, and sponsor equity.
