About the Role

The role requires a seasoned project manager with over 15 years of experience in managing construction projects, particularly in real estate and high-end apartments.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing all drawings to provide necessary inputs for value engineering, saving costs and improving construction efficiency
• Evaluating proposed construction methodology and material selection
• Preparing a detailed project schedule and supporting logistical plan
• Scrutinizing and signing off on budgets and bill of quantities
• Identifying personnel for Construction team
• Ascertaining timely and accurate completion of quantity surveying
• Identifying preferred contractors
• Partaking in contractor negotiation
• Providing recommendation to management for final contractor choice
• Implementing a site culture in strict adherence to Company’s systems and processes
• Managing and coordinating multiple teams
• Overseeing project progress and forecasting construction issues
• Maintaining Construction quality and technical accuracy
• Ensuring Safety and statutory compliance
• Creating Project budget and bill certification
• Maintaining records and repositories
• Implementing unique and new methodologies to improve construction efficiency and quality

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in managing high rise Real Estate projects, with a focus on construction projects execution.
