We are seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead and oversee large-scale high-rise residential developments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in delivering high-rise projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple high-rise building projects
• Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation
• Oversee design coordination, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards
• Drive project delivery within cost, quality, and schedule targets
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement strategic mitigation plans
