Project Head – PCB Designing

Job Title: Senior PCB Designer (with Firmware & Component Sourcing)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience).

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior PCB Designer skilled in schematic design, PCB layout, firmware coordination, and component sourcing. The role involves complete product development from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts (KiCad / Altium / OrCAD).
• Coordinate with firmware team for hardware–software integration.
• Prepare and manage BOMs with alternate part sourcing.
• Ensure DFM/DFT compliance and handle prototype validation.
• Guide junior designers and support cross-functional project execution.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, circuit design, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C).
• Experience in firmware basics, debugging, and component sourcing.
• Familiar with IPC, ROHS, and industry standards.

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical or related field.
