Job Scope:

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the event venue.
  • Send reminders to participants via WhatsApp group.
  • Promote attendance and follow up with absentees.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the venue throughout the event.
  • Basic IT knowledge

Details:

  • Number of Hosts Needed: 7 physical hosts
  • Start Date: By 2nd November
  • Working Hours:10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Commitment: Must commit to 6 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
  • Training Dates: 30th October or 1st November (Training will be provided)
  • Location: Island-wide (Multiple venues)
