1. Monthly Progress Reporting by 30 April 2026 and by the last working day of each subsequent month through December 2026, the Consultant will prepare and submit one comprehensive monthly progress report summarizing progress, completed activities, challenges, and next steps for validation by the project lead. Indicators of success:
   • 9 monthly reports submitted on time
   • Reports aligned with agreed template/format (if applicable)
   • Feedback addressed within 5 working days 2. Preparation of Project Documentation by 31 December 2026, the Consultant will prepare and finalize at least:
   • 9 briefing notes,
   • 6 technical or narrative reports, and
   • 4 presentations and/or speaking points related to project objectives and activities. Indicators of success:
   • Documents are clear, accurate, and aligned with project objectives
