Job description:

• Take full charge of project planning, execution, and day-to-day site operations

• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet timelines and

budgets

• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers

• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance

• Review plans, shop drawings, and construction methods

• Prepare project reports, schedules, and cost updates for management

• Coordinate with Accounting and Procurement Teams on project requirements



Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or related construction courses.

• 5–8 years solid experience in construction project management (structural & architectural

focus)

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional
