Job Description
Educational Qualification
Master’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent management discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
Minimum 8 years in program management, consulting, industry/trade development, or policy support, with experience in at least two Government of India/State Government projects.
Skills
Leadership, stakeholder management, analytical reporting, and strong proficiency in Gujarati, English, and Hindi. Other Willingness to travel across all districts.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Monitor field-level implementation and ensure alignment with RAMP objectives.
2. Consolidate district reports and prepare policy briefs, analytical notes, and program strategies. 3. Conduct review meetings and coordinate with government departments and stakeholders.
4. Ensure timely deliverables, progress reporting, and data accuracy.
5. Supervise district consultants and oversee MIS dashboards and analytics.
6. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by MSME Commissionerate/SPIU under RAMP.
