About the role

The Project Lead will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and implementing Project Parivartan, Goa. Project Parivartan is being implemented by Americares India in partnership with Directorate of Health Services, Goa and Goa Medical College address the issue of Amicrobial Resistance (AMR) and Infection Prevention and Control in the public health system of Goa. The project is being implemented in all 41 public health facilities in Goa, with a focus on the secondary and tertiary care facilities which have inpatient facilities. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the program, supervising all program activities and program team ensuring quality across all health facilities. Responsibilities will also include planning, oversight, delivery, stakeholder management, technical leadership, monitoring and evaluation and ensuring that annual program goals are met.
