Program & Project Delivery
- Lead planning, execution, and governance of key projects within the GDC transformation roadmap.
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
- Facilitate PMO operating rhythms including program reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.
- Ensure transformation initiatives meet defined scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Partner closely with business leads, capability owners, GDC leadership, and functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Technology).
- Coordinate decision-making with senior leaders; prepare briefing materials and executive presentations.
- Drive clarity of roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies across transformation workstreams.
