Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and clear objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Lead and manage all on-site activities.
  • Supervise on-ground teams, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with the project plan and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges. Respond to and resolve issues in real-time to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum.
  • Provide regular, concise progress updates to stakeholders. Document project outcomes, including key successes and lessons learned, to inform future strategies and improvements.
