Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, executing and closing projects.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflow.
- Help manage project risks and escalate issues proactively.
- Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks, and providing direction and support to team members.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and senior management.
- Conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews.
