Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Administrative Support team in daily operations.
  • Oversee end-to-end workflow of applications, including documentation verification, enquiry management, and accurate data entry.
  • Ensure timely processing, service quality, and adherence to SOPs and data protection standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalated enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain updated records, prepare simple operational reports, and support training of new team members.
  • Provide general administrative guidance and hands-on support when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
