Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

Language: Fluent in English

Skills: Strong negotiation and management abilities

Experience: Experience in similar fields is highly preferable.



Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Launch

Budget & Schedule Planning: Develop feasible project timelines and budget plans.

Vendor Selection: Select and contract with construction companies and subcontractors.

Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and construction teams on store design and feasibility.

Contract Review: Define scope of work and clarify responsibilities in legal agreements.

Procurement: Oversee the ordering of fixtures and necessary items for store opening.

2. Execution & Monitoring

Progress Management: Monitor project milestones. Direct site supervisors to implement recovery plans for any delays (oversight role; no manual labor).
