  • Lead a strong safety culture with a visible commitment to zero harm
  • Ensure full compliance with WA mining legislation, site HSEQT plans and contractor/client standards
  • Manage critical risk frameworks, incident response and continuous improvement initiatives



    • Operational & Technical Leadership

  • Deliver production, maintenance and operational targets in line with contract requirements
  • Lead site coordination across contractor and client teams to ensure alignment to project objectives
  • Provide clear reporting to executive leadership on project performance, risks and opportunities

  • Lead, develop and motivate a large, multi-disciplinary workforce in a performance-driven environment
