Project Leader

Overview

We are seeking a Project Leader for a 1-year contract opportunity in Oshawa, ON. This is an onsite role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience managing projects of increasing complexity, including multi-contract and multi-stakeholder projects with schedule constraints.
• Proven experience across all five project phases : Identification, Initiation, Definition, Execution, and Closeout.
• Strong experience in project planning and requirements development, cost estimating and forecasting, RFP/tendering and contract award processes, as well as project execution and closeout.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities related to scope, schedule, cost, and quality .
• Knowledge of cost accounting, forecasting, and project financial controls .
