1. Planning & Launch
- Budget & Schedule Planning: Develop feasible project timelines and budget plans.
- Vendor Selection: Select and contract with construction companies and subcontractors.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and construction teams on store design and feasibility.
- Contract Review: Define scope of work and clarify responsibilities in legal agreements.
- Procurement: Oversee the ordering of fixtures and necessary items for store opening.
2. Execution & Monitoring
- Progress Management: Monitor project milestones. Direct site supervisors to implement recovery plans for any delays (oversight role; no manual labor).
- Issue Resolution: Handle unexpected problems (e.g., material shortages, additional works) and negotiate solutions with clients.
