Job Description

1. Planning & Launch

  • Budget & Schedule Planning: Develop feasible project timelines and budget plans.
  • Vendor Selection: Select and contract with construction companies and subcontractors.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and construction teams on store design and feasibility.
  • Contract Review: Define scope of work and clarify responsibilities in legal agreements.
  • Procurement: Oversee the ordering of fixtures and necessary items for store opening.

2. Execution & Monitoring

  • Progress Management: Monitor project milestones. Direct site supervisors to implement recovery plans for any delays (oversight role; no manual labor).
  • Issue Resolution: Handle unexpected problems (e.g., material shortages, additional works) and negotiate solutions with clients.
