Job Description

Maintenance Excellence

-      To plan the changes and repairs necessary for optimisation of productivity in complete maintenance process.

-      To discuss the systemic matters as a Maintenance Excellence Team member in global platform and represent in meetings.

-      To follow-up and document energy consumptions and prepare projects for reduces.

Reporting

-      To determine and define the scope and possibility/impossibility of the product or system

-     To inspect and control the external parties

-      To track, control and report the progress during the employment procedure of external staff and subcontractors

-      To continously be in counseling and auditing relation with external parties

Maintenance-Repair Plan and Follow-up

    -      To manage maintenance management module and reinforce using

    -      To prepare annual scheduled maintenance plan

Project Management

-      To manage projects according to the Project Management methodology

-     To follow up projects on gantt charts and keep up to date both on Benefit Tracker and Ms teams

Operational Excellence

-      As of the member of the Operational Excellence team to be the key user of Benefit&tracker tool

-     To keep updated the projects on Benefit & Tracker and validate the benefits
