Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law firm seeking to add a Project Management Analyst to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain matter budgets and pricing scenarios in collaboration with partners and pricing teams.

  • Analyze historical data, staffing patterns, and financial performance to inform pricing strategies and fee proposals.

  • Prepare dashboards and reports for attorneys, practice groups, and firm leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies across practice areas.

  • Assist with scoping, budgeting, and reporting for client RFPs, pitches, and fee arrangements.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in business, finance, project management, or related field preferred.
