About the Role

NxtWaves growth engine is stacked with multiple channels performance marketing, influencer Marketing, referrals, SEO, offline workshops, online workshops, and more. Were hiring someone who can become the operations backbone of this engine: tracking every initiative, ensuring loops close, improving funnel efficiency, and helping run zero-to-one experiments.

Youll work directly with the Marketing Head, acting as the central coordinator + growth operator across the entire lead machine.
