Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership for multiple large and complex IT projects in the transportation sector (e.g., traffic management systems, fare collection, fleet management, logistics platforms, ITS, mobility solutions).
• Define and implement project delivery strategies aligned with organisational goals and client requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical project issues, risks, and stakeholder concerns.
• Mentor and lead Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross‑functional teams.

• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
