Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue RFQ in accordance with project and customer requirements.
  • Prepare TGA, organize review sessions, and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
  • Participate in conference calls with customers, addressing technical and project-related matters effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects meet predefined timelines, while monitoring and tracking actual sales pipeline progress.
  • Provide technical support to the Customer Management Organization (CMO) on all technical issues.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and overseas sales offices.
  • Review and approve customer bonding diagrams for new programs and tooling‑up activities.
