Responsibilities
Develop and plan project objectives by collecting proposals and identifying phases, elements, and resource needs. Determine and manage project schedules by analyzing specifications, estimating timelines, and sequencing tasks effectively. Coordinate and monitor engineering activities including preparation, scheduling, and field execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Analyze project data and generate reports to track progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Facilitate project governance through weekly team meetings and monthly steering committee reviews, ensuring timely escalation and decision-making. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering. Min 3 - 5 years of experience in project management or related engineering roles. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and supervise technical teams. Strong exposure to project management, requirement analysis, and process improvement. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills (verbal & written in English). What we offer
