Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan project objectives by collecting proposals and identifying phases, elements, and resource needs.
  • Determine and manage project schedules by analyzing specifications, estimating timelines, and sequencing tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate and monitor engineering activities including preparation, scheduling, and field execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze project data and generate reports to track progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate project governance through weekly team meetings and monthly steering committee reviews, ensuring timely escalation and decision-making.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering.
  • Min 3 - 5 years of experience in project management or related engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and supervise technical teams.
  • Strong exposure to project management, requirement analysis, and process improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills (verbal & written in English).
