Job Description

Track and manage project checklists and required actions across the full lifecycle of customer projects

Break down project requirements into sub-projects and actionable tasks

Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple departments

Coordinate closely with internal teams including design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, delivery, and shipping

Ensure adherence to overall project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and internal processes

Participate actively in weekly and monthly project review meetings

Identify problems, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and report findings to the Chief Projects Officer

Support continuous improvement of project management processes and execution standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
