Project Management Executive (PMO) - eCommerce

Coordinate and track daily project operations, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met

Manage submission timelines, consolidate inputs, and follow up with stakeholders for on time completion.

Update and maintain project performance data, dashboards, and documentation.

Support cross-functional communication and ensure information flows smoothly between teams.

Assist in preparing weekly progress reports and project status updates.

Provide general operational support for special initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience

At least have experiences around 2 to 5 years in market research and business analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct experience with eCommerce Industry

Familiar with eCommerce in Malaysia Market
