The Project Management Experience Program (PMEP) is a structured, immersive two year development journey designed for individuals looking to strengthen their skills in EPC project delivery, field operations, and cross functional project environments. Participants rotate through three eight month assignments, including mandatory placements in Field/Construction and Project Scheduling, along with a third rotation in areas such as Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Contract Management, Finance, Quality, Project Controls, Logistics, Lean, or Project Management. This is a full time, on site program that provides hands on experience, daily collaboration with teams, and exposure to real customer projects, offering an excellent foundation for a long-term career within GE Vernova's Grid Solutions business.Job Description
