Job Description

Project management:Implement SE-Agile methodology for New projects, administer collaboration with SE(Simultaneous Engineering) team & monitor KPI's w.r.t Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget to realize project key deliverables.Localization projects completed as per project premises Lead time for localization project realization

Process management:Plan and monitor Project management documentation as per PS Process Compass. Plan and formulate capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch & administer handover of project for Series manufacturing along with defined communication matrix.Operational excellence in 8 weeks : Overall Equipment Efficiency 80%, Internal Defect Cost 1 % and '0' customer incidents
