Selected intern's key result areas include:

• Understanding and Mapping the Process to be managed
• Understanding the people competencies required
• Equipping the project with resources and people
• Risk management, resource management, and quality assurance
• Bring role clarity and expectations to the people involved
• Identify, report, resolve, and escalate the risks in the execution of the processes on time and as per quality.

Duration:6 Months

Stipend:

Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months

Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment.
