Designation: - Project Manager at Chennai


Looking for a well experienced Manager - Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance.

Project Planning & Execution -

  • Well versed with planning tool and software.
  • Hands on experience on project planning and tracking modules and software
  • To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.
  • To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination.
  • Handling multiple projects at a time.
  • Should have knowledge of BOQ
  • Monitoring other project in-charge.
  • Delegating work to the Project in-charges
  • To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items.
  • To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget.


Desired skills and expertise

  • BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architect/ MBA in project management is a must
  • This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A project management professional with minimum 3+ years of experience in the office Interior fit out industry.
  • Having relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Having the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
