Job Description

• Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
• Handle the end-to-end project management of openings of major warehouses of SPX
• Manage a team that sources, negotiates for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners
• Manage a team that sources and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers
• Manage a team that handles the renewal of contracts and permits for existing facilities
• Manage the budget, attendance, and performance of the team
• Address escalations raised by stakeholders in your region
• Regularly report KPIs to management
• Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
