Job Title: PMO Lead
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Lead to support project governance, reporting, and risk management activities across strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, excellent communication skills, and experience working closely with senior stakeholders and C-Suite executives.
Responsibilities:
Drive and maintain effective project governance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and manage project reports and dashboards, ideally using tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
Track and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Support senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders with accurate, data-driven insights and progress updates.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
Maintain PMO documentation, templates, and standards to ensure consistency across projects.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in a PMO, Project Analyst, or Project Management role.
Proven track record of working in structured environments with a strong focus on governance and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-Suite executives.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience in being promoted at least once within previous roles, demonstrating growth and accountability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT, consulting, or corporate project environments.
Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
