Your Role & Responsibility

  • Assist in the execution of planning, coordination, recording, and information tasks related to project management.

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparation (e.g., creating presentations), support (e.g., taking minutes), and follow-up (e.g., sending out documents).

  • Prepare project reports, decision-making documents, and minutes of meetings.

  • Establish, monitor, maintain, and take responsibility for central document management and the pending list.

  • Support the flow of information within the project organization and the project environment.

  • Aid the procurement department in the procurement process as necessary.
