• Identify project risks and create mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
• Track, monitor & report risk updates and project progress throughout the lifecycle.
• Define KPIs and prepare regular performance & progress reports for stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, business partners & resellers; onsite visits required.
