Project Management Officer (PMO) (Permanent)
To establish and drive PMO functions across various business lines within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal project reviews (non-customer facing), including risk, planning, progress, and quality checks.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and report project status to the Managing Director.
- Provide guidance and advice to project managers and team leaders.
- Develop, maintain, and adapt PMO rules and procedures to align with organizational standards.
- Support additional organizational needs such as internal IT, training, or contract administration based on skill fit.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC and the waterfall methodology.
- PMP certification and strong understanding of PMBOK concepts.
