Project Management Officer

Key Responsibilities
Provide PMO governance and oversight across IT / technology programs and initiatives
Manage and track program financials, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis
Prepare and maintain high-quality program reporting (status reports, dashboards, executive updates)
Develop and deliver clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and steering committees
Support program planning, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and delivery tracking
Act as a key interface between delivery teams, finance, and senior stakeholders
Ensure adherence to program management standards, processes, and controls
Support decision-making through accurate data, insights, and recommendations
Engage confidently with C-suite, Managing Directors, and senior executives

Proven experience in a PMO role supporting IT / technology programs
