  • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

  • Monitor project milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues

  • Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards

  • Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and governance standards

  • Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records

  • Support continuous improvement of PMO tools and reporting practices


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or any relevant discipline

  • Basic understanding of project management and PMO functions

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
