Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and programs. Conduct studies, risk assessments, and planning efforts to evaluate impacts and constraints. Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases. Facilitate integration of project plans, schedules, and change management processes. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders to establish project objectives. Direct all phases of projects from inception to completion.
Skills Required:Expertise in Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) development and earned value management. Experience in developing Integrated Master Plans (IMP). Proficiency in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Strong analytical skills for schedule development and maintenance. Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with MS Project or Open Plan Professional for schedule development.
Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience.
