Project Management Specialist - Project Planning

Schedule Development & Management:

Maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 covering all phases: engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery. Analyse variances, and escalate potential delays or deviations.

Engineering Resource Tracking:

Work with engineering managers and global teams to allocate resources and monitor engineering hours. Adjust schedules based on actual progress and revised forecasts. Ensure resource loading in schedules is accurate and realistic.

MRP Alignment & Material Flow:

Coordinate closely with the Product Delivery Planner to review MRP data with real-time scheduling needs. Ensure timely release and sequencing of materials per the project schedule and lead times. Serve as a key interface with the Product Delivery Planner, ensuring seamless integration between long-term planning and short-term execution.
